Description

There’s a heavy emphasis on inclusion in the workplace and bringing your authentic self to work, but what does that actually mean? What stories do you share about yourself and when?

In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will learn how to write and use your personal narrative to connect with others, learn when it’s appropriate to share, and how to not overshare. Come ready to write, read back, and learn tools for sharing your personal narrative with others.

This class is taught by Cyn Vargas, who is not only an instructor, but a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion professional for eight years.

NOTE: THIS CLASS WILL BE IN-PERSON UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. PLEASE READ OUR STRICT VACCINE POLICY, AND KNOW WE WILL BE FOLLOWING STATE AND CDC GUIDELINES ON COVID RESTRICTIONS.
