Ian Bonaparte (Janklow and Nesbit) is a Literary Agent at Janklow & Nesbit, where he represents a range of fiction and nonfiction. His nonfiction is primarily expert-focused in history, science, and narrative nonfiction, though he represents some outward-looking memoir, particularly stories that are deeply reported or embedded, or regard unruly obsessions. In fiction he is seeking moving, plot-driven literary (and literary-crossover) novels, particularly elevated horror or genre-inflected narratives. He works with such writers as Esther Yi, Eliot Duncan, Jackie Wang, Mohammed El-Kurd, Sophie Lewis, Edna Bonhomme, Tao Leigh Goffe, and Ariana Rebolini.
Ian Bonaparte’s meetings will be scheduled on Friday 2/21 and Monday 2/24 in the afternoon/evening.
